Shipping & Returns

Cleaver Skateboard orders will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days after receiving full payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Custom orders might take longer, depending on your order.

2 - 5 business days in Spain 

5 - 7 business days in Europe
5 - 7 business days everywhere else

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If your order is intended for a special occasion please order in advance.

SHIPPING FEES:

Spain: FREE

Europe: 15€
International: 30€

TRACKING:

All orders will be shipped by certified mail, so everything can be tracked. 
The tracking number will be sent after your order has been dispatched.

In order to ensure low shipping costs, it doesn't include insurance. Please send us a message before buying if you want your order to be sent with insurance and I will adjust the shipping fee. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Cleaver Skateboards ships worldwide. We are not responsible for customs delays, lost or stolen packages.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Make sure that your address is correct. We will ship to the shipping address listed in the order confirmation. This includes also Paypal addresses.

Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser. No refunds will be made without providing a new/ correct address.

Our Return Policy in short

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your have received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
  • We do not make exchanges.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on accessories and undergarments.
  • Contact Cleaver Skateboards before returning any items.
  • To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
  • If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
  • If you have purchased your item/items at any of our resellers, please contact them for returns.

 

RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns on items that are purchased via www.cleaverskateboards.com. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn with all original tags attached and returned within 14 days after you’ve received your package. We do not accept returns on accessories and undergarments.

 

Exchanging Garments

We do not accept exchanges from one size to another. If you are not happy with one size, you may return the item.

What you can do is return the item, and buy it in another size.

 

Returning A Package

Contact cleaverskateboards@gmail.com with your reason for return, before shipping your item.
Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. Cleaver Skateboards is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: any shipping fees associated with purchases and returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Please ship us the return with tracking information for your own protection. Cleaver Skateboards is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost returns.

Upon receipt of goods, please allow for 10-15 business days before your refund is issued.

If you have purchased your item/items at any of our resellers, please contact them for returns.

 

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

 

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Cleaver Skateboards reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
